Established in 1992, the Raytown Educational Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing grants, scholarships, programs and recognition to students and staff in Raytown Quality Schools. The foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of patrons, educators, parents, business and community leaders. The Board of Trustees volunteer their time, talents and resources to serve Raytown Quality Schools.
The Raytown Educational Foundation’s mission is to support unique programs that enhance the tradition of excellence in Raytown Quality Schools.
Raytown Quality Schools’ students will have opportunities and experiences that prepare them to be contributing members of the community.
Major Saver Cards on Sale
The Raytown Educational Foundation offers REF Major Saver Discount Cards through the Raytown elementary and middle schools benefiting schools and patrons alike.
Students will be selling $15 cards.
REF Major Saver Discount Cards can be purchased via cash, check or online at www.majorsaver.com. The online sale can be credited back to a particular student and school. All cards purchased online will be mailed directly to the customer.

The Raytown School District will honor the dedicated service of its Board of Education members during the state-wide School Board Recognition Week observed February 11-15, 2019.
Several student-athletes from Raytown South High School earned postseason honors in the sports of football, boys soccer, softball, boys swim and volleyball.
